Raze Orthopedics, Inc. is actively seeking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Old Bridge, New Jersey. Work Environment

The position is located in our modern outpatient facility in Old Bridge, NJ, where we emphasize collaboration and patient-focused care. The office is well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and treatment modalities. Our schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while serving a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine each patient's clinical needs and objectives.
• Manage a personalized caseload, typically serving one patient per hour, to provide focused and effective therapy sessions.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at increasing range of motion, strength, and overall mobility while minimizing the need for medication.
• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to promote recovery.
• Motive and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to enhance compliance and motivate their active participation in recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including orthopedic surgeons and primary care physicians, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Maintain detailed records of patient progress and outcomes, utilizing EMR software such as WebPT for documentation and monitoring.
• Evaluate therapy outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population comprises individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. This includes post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will have the chance to impact patients of all ages, helping them to restore function and return to their desired activities.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program development.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems, particularly WebPT, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates with prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting. Familiarity with evidence-based practice guidelines and a passionate commitment to patient-centered care will set you apart. Compensation and Benefits

Raze Orthopedics, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to monetary compensation, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
