Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, creating individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care for each patient, offering insights and consultations during case reviews.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all patient evaluations, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Deliver educational sessions for patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
