Work Environment

The ideal candidate will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, which is designed to promote collaboration and teamwork. Our facility is equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and technologies, providing a comprehensive environment for patient rehabilitation. The clinic operates Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough one-on-one evaluations for each patient to establish their physical rehabilitation needs and goals.
• Design and implement evidence-based therapy plans that utilize the latest research and advanced treatment methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers—including physicians and chiropractors—to ensure a unified approach to patient care.
• Administer physical therapy treatments using various modalities and techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training, focused on enhancing mobility and strength.
• Track and document patient progress accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system to facilitate continuous improvement and update treatment plans as required.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, self-care techniques, and injury prevention strategies for optimal recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Realign Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgical procedures, acute injuries, chronic pain, and neurological conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• A valid Physical Therapy License in New Jersey or eligibility for licensure.
