In this full-time outpatient role, you will be pivotal in delivering high-quality patient care from Monday to Friday, adhering to a supportive schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed mobility assessments for a wide range of patients, evaluating their physical conditions and establishing comprehensive treatment goals.
• Design and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to each patient's needs, employing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with chiropractors and medical doctors to develop integrated treatment plans, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust therapy protocols as necessary while effectively communicating changes to patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients about their conditions and the therapies being applied, empowering them through knowledge to enhance their recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or addressing mobility concerns. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in New Jersey or eligibility for licensure.
