Work Environment

Our working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Realign Physical Therapy, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting initial evaluations and functional assessments for new patients to develop a thorough understanding of their rehabilitation needs.
• Designing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans that address the unique challenges faced by each patient.
• Collaborating closely with chiropractors and medical doctors to ensure streamlined, effective care throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Monitoring patient progress through regular follow-ups, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Two or more years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient rehabilitation.
• A strong ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment and apply problem-solving skills to enhance patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience

While the required experience includes a minimum of two years, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques (such as manual therapy or sports rehabilitation) will be highly regarded. Experience working in a multidisciplinary team is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
