Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient therapy setting, developing individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including exercise therapy, stretching maneuvers, hands-on manual therapy, and latest technological aids to alleviate pain and restore mobility.
• Continuously track and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Assist patients in setting and achieving personal health and rehabilitation milestones with clear communication and support.
• Provide education and training for patients, caregivers, and families on the use of assistive devices and effective physical therapy methodologies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including attending workshops and participating in professional networks to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
