Work Environment

This full-time position will require you to work onsite at our Freehold, New Jersey clinic, ensuring direct interaction with patients and collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals. You can expect a dynamic work environment that supports continuous learning and adapting, with work hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care by evaluating patient needs and developing individualized treatment plans to meet their specific goals.
• Manage a reasonable caseload, allowing for focused attention and quality care for each patient.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, applying effective and evidence-based techniques that promote recovery and mobility.
• Employ non-surgical therapeutic interventions to enhance patient outcomes and reduce reliance on medication.
• Create comprehensive care strategies that incorporate diverse treatment modalities and focus on improving strength, flexibility, and endurance.
• Motivate patients by outlining clear fitness and wellness programs tailored to their unique needs and recovery processes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, enhancing recovery trajectories.
• Thoroughly document patient progress and the effectiveness of treatments using EMR software, ensuring compliance with best practices and healthcare regulations.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes and refine care plans based on ongoing patient feedback and evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including athletes recovering from injuries, individuals with chronic pain, and patients in need of post-operative rehabilitation. Our emphasis on non-surgical intervention techniques ensures that you will play a pivotal role in helping patients experience comprehensive recovery, actively contributing to their long-term health and wellness.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• An active and unblemished Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Proficiency in multiple manual therapy techniques and modalities to provide a diverse range of treatment options.
• Experience in developing and executing successful exercise regimens tailored to the needs of individual patients.
• Strong ability to effectively utilize EMR software, particularly Web PT, to maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current physical therapy methodologies and evidence-based practices to inform care strategies.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in outpatient physical therapy settings is preferred but not required.
• Experience in sports rehabilitation or working with those who have sustained athletic injuries is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
