Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our specialized outpatient clinic in Freehold, NJ. The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured work routine designed for work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customized physical therapy sessions to patients, taking into account their specific needs, goals, and medical history.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, dedicating adequate time to each patient for effective treatment and recovery.
• Apply expert knowledge in orthopedic outpatient care, utilizing advanced techniques to restore motion and enhance mobility.
• Implement cost-effective and evidence-based treatment modalities that promote recovery while reducing dependence on surgical interventions and medication.
• Collaborate with patients to develop comprehensive care plans that integrate various therapeutic methods tailored to their individual requirements.
• Implement and oversee rehabilitation exercises and therapeutic activities, ensuring they align with patient progress and goals.
• Motivate patients by encouraging a mindset of resilience and perseverance throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment sessions, patient progress, and responses to therapies in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, specifically using Web PT.
• Continuously assess and adjust treatment plans to maximize effectiveness based on patient feedback and recovery outcomes.
• Work alongside fellow healthcare professionals including physicians, chiropractors, and occupational therapists to ensure holistic patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in sports rehabilitation and functional movement assessment is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
