Work Environment

This Full-time Physical Therapist position operates on an onsite basis in our Lincroft clinic, located in the heart of New Jersey. The position features a work schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a consistent routine while providing care. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment to patients, identifying and addressing their unique rehabilitation goals and needs.
• Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure that each client receives the time and attention they deserve.
• Demonstrate proficiency in orthopedic outpatient care, utilizing your extensive experience to guide treatment.
• Implement cost-effective therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' motion and mobility.
• Prioritize non-surgical alternatives and encourage a reduction in medication use through effective rehabilitation techniques.
• Develop and execute comprehensive care plans that integrate various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
