This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000. This role is primarily onsite and based in our outpatient office located in Red Bank, NJ. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at High Energy Body & Home Care, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing personalized physical therapy treatment plans to prevent disabilities, alleviate pain, and enhance muscle function for each patient.
• Overseeing and mentoring physical therapy assistants to ensure the effective execution of care plans, in alignment with each patient's specific goals.
• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities using diagnostic tests and assessments of muscle, nerve, and joint functions.
• Assessing patients' home environments to identify barriers to rehabilitation, providing actionable recommendations to foster greater independence.
• Administering prescribed physical therapy services at home, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of physical agents such as traction and massage.
• Fitting, adjusting, and recommending modifications for orthotic and prosthetic devices in consultation with physicians.
• Documenting clinical records, including OASIS evaluations and progress notes, ensuring timely submissions as per clinical workflows.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively plan, assess, and evaluate patients' comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Educating patients and their families on physical therapy procedures and best practices to empower them in their own care.
• Staying accessible to physical therapy assistants during patient care offerings for guidance and support.
• Adhering to state regulations and company policies in all aspects of patient care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.

• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in New Jersey, in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• A strong commitment to providing high-quality care and a passion for enhancing patient outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and fellow healthcare professionals.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make informed clinical decisions.

Preferred Experience
