Work Environment

This Physical Therapist position offers an onsite work setting, allowing you to engage with patients in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy services that are customized to each patient's specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain an appropriate caseload to ensure each patient receives the focused attention required for effective treatment.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to implement innovative and evidence-based treatment strategies.
• Incorporate cost-effective and functional interventions to enhance patients' mobility and physical capabilities.
• Design and adjust comprehensive care plans that encompass a variety of treatment techniques, adapting as necessary based on patient progress.
• Create tailored fitness and wellness programs that align with patients' unique health conditions and personal aspirations.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, ensuring consistent encouragement and guidance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and facilitate holistic care.
• Conduct regular evaluations to track treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes utilizing EMR software.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse outpatient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and general musculoskeletal conditions. Your focus will be on helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life through tailored rehabilitation programs. The patient demographic is broad and may include athletes, seniors, and individuals with chronic pain or mobility challenges.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Strong skills in various manual therapy techniques and treatment modalities.
• Proven ability to design and implement successful rehabilitation and exercise programs.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly Web PT, for efficient patient documentation.
• Current knowledge of the latest physical therapy techniques and treatment methodologies supported by research.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience in an outpatient clinic or home health care setting is highly desirable.
• Previous work with diverse patient demographics in a rehabilitation-focused environment.
• Familiarity with sports medicine and non-surgical rehabilitation practices.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
