Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the physical condition and treatment needs of patients referred by physicians.
• Design and implement individualized treatment programs that utilize targeted therapies to optimize recovery and function.
• Provide a range of specialized treatments including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine interventions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each patient throughout their rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to maximize patient outcomes through a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach.
• Create and maintain documentation in compliance with clinical guidelines and legal regulations, detailing progress and methodologies applied.
• Engage in patient education and training to empower patients and caregivers in their rehabilitation journey, adhering to physician's prescribed plans of care.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and contribute to organizational objectives for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse populations.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and clinical documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in specialty areas such as sports medicine, pediatric therapy, or neurological rehabilitation.
• Postgraduate training or certifications in advanced therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

We are proud to offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
