Work Environment

The position is located onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in scenic Red Bank, New Jersey, which is known for its vibrant community and beautiful waterfront. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced schedule for our full-time therapists. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy treatments, focusing on the unique goals of each patient.
• Manage a reasonable patient load to ensure each individual receives ample attention and quality care.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive care plans utilizing a variety of treatment techniques.
• Implement evidence-based interventions that emphasize mobility improvements through manual therapy modalities.
• Encourage patients by motivating them through their rehabilitation journey to achieve set goals.
• Foster an environment of holistic care by promoting healthy lifestyle choices including strength training, flexibility, and balance exercises.
• Continuously evaluate treatment effects and adjust plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation through electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with outpatient clients ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to individuals with chronic pain or post-operative rehabilitation needs. We place significant emphasis on non-surgical approaches, making it essential for our therapists to be familiar with a range of treatment methodologies that prioritize patient comfort and recovery.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program completion.
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license with no history of sanctions.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy modalities and the ability to implement successful exercise programs.
• Proficient in using EMR software, particularly WebPT, for precise patient documentation.
• Strong foundation in current physical therapy techniques supported by research and best practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting, particularly in sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Skill in developing tailored fitness and wellness programs specific to varying patient requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead patient education initiatives on wellness and recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
