Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment to patients, focusing on their unique rehabilitation goals and physical well-being.
• Maintain an appropriate patient load to ensure dedicated and comprehensive care for each individual.
• Employ expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, drawing on previous clinical experience to guide treatment processes effectively.
• Design and implement cost-effective treatment plans aimed at restoring motion, enhancing mobility, and reducing pain.
• Promote non-surgical alternatives and emphasize the importance of minimizing reliance on medications for pain management.
• Create tailored fitness and wellness programs, adapting various modalities to meet specific patient needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to foster a responsive treatment plan unique to each patient.
• Support and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, helping them set and achieve their goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population consisting of individuals recovering from various conditions such as post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist license with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proven expertise in manual therapy techniques and physical rehabilitation modalities.
• Strong ability to develop and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, particularly Web PT, to ensure accurate documentation and care tracking.
• In-depth knowledge of contemporary physical therapy practices backed by research and clinical guidelines.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
