Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient care, addressing specific rehabilitation goals and treatment needs for each client.
• Manage a reasonable patient load to ensure every individual receives dedicated attention and quality care.
• Utilize extensive knowledge in orthopedic outpatient care, applying advanced techniques gathered from previous experiences.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies that focus on enhancing motion and mobility, prioritizing non-invasive solutions.
• Construct comprehensive and tailored care plans that may include a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Develop and adapt fitness and wellness programs to meet the diverse requirements of each patient.
• Motivate patients through consistent encouragement and support throughout their treatment journeys.
• Monitor and document all aspects of patient care to ensure effective intervention and seamless collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.

• Strong capability in designing and executing effective exercise and rehabilitation programs tailored to patient needs.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Current knowledge of the latest evidence-based physical therapy practices to provide optimal patient care.

Preferred Experience
