Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique goals and conditions of each patient.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, allowing you to provide focused and quality attention to each individual.
• Utilize your strong background in orthopedic outpatient care to implement effective rehabilitation strategies.
• Apply cost-effective treatment modalities that promote optimal motion and mobility while encouraging non-surgical alternatives.
• Develop comprehensive and evidence-based care plans that encompass a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Design personalized fitness and wellness programs that specifically address the needs of your patients.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license for the state of New Jersey, with a clean record free of sanctions.
• Proven expertise in various manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation methodologies.
• Strong aptitude for creating and executing effective exercise programs tailored to individual capabilities.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, for precise and efficient patient documentation.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current physical therapy techniques, firmly grounded in research-based practices.

Preferred Experience

• A background in outpatient orthopedic therapy with a strong emphasis on sports medicine is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
