Work Environment

The role will be performed onsite within our cutting-edge rehabilitation facility. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, in a supportive and dynamic setting where continuous learning and patient care excellence are at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and establish individualized treatment plans aligning with each patient's specific goals and physical needs.
• Manage a reasonable caseload, ensuring sufficient time for detailed evaluation and personalized treatment strategies.
• Deliver expert orthopedic outpatient care, utilizing techniques and knowledge gained from prior clinical experience.
• Incorporate cost-effective treatment options to enhance patients' mobility and function while providing alternatives to surgical intervention and medication use.
• Create and implement comprehensive care plans that include a variety of evidence-based interventions and progressive exercise programs tailored to patient capabilities.
• Engage patients with motivation and encouragement throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive outlook towards recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, maintaining accurate treatment records to inform ongoing care decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will primarily work with a diverse outpatient population, including athletes, active adults, and individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries. This role entails engaging with patients who range from post-operative rehabilitation to those seeking improvement in functional movement patterns. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to ensure comprehensive expertise in physical therapy practices.
• An active and unblemished Physical Therapist license in New Jersey is mandatory, with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in a variety of manual therapy techniques, complemented by a proactive approach to patient care.

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, for effective patient documentation and management.

• Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred, particularly in sports medicine environments.
• Demonstrated success in treating chronic pain conditions and post-surgical rehabilitation cases.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 – $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
