Work Environment

The role is strictly onsite, enabling you to engage directly with our patients in a state-of-the-art environment, specifically designed for sports medicine and rehabilitation. Our facility spans 5000 square feet, offering ample space and resources for delivering exceptional care. Operating Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, our clinic ensures that you maintain a balanced work-life dynamic while focusing on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a diverse range of therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, ensuring quality care by seeing one individual per hour.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective rehabilitation interventions, minimizing reliance on medication and offering non-surgical options.
• Design fitness and wellness programs that cater to the unique needs of each patient, promoting active lifestyles and improving mobility.
• Document treatment progress diligently, ensuring transparency and continuity of care.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to optimize patient outcomes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans regularly, adjusting as necessary to enhance patient recovery.
• Motivate and inspire patients throughout their treatment journey to achieve their goals.
• Promote healthy living by focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination in therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient demographic comprises individuals seeking orthopedic rehabilitation following injuries or surgeries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• An active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey with no disciplinary actions or board actions.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques is essential.
• Strong capability in designing and executing tailored exercise programs for patients.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, to efficiently document and manage patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience as a Physical Therapist, specifically within orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Proven record of implementing successful treatment strategies with measurable outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
