Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule for our team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgery recovery, and chronic pain syndromes.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing advanced therapeutic techniques that reflect current best practices in physical therapy.
• Employ manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional training modalities to facilitate patient recovery and enhance functional capability.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, effective movement mechanics, and the importance of adherence to home exercise programs.
• Work closely with physicians and the medical team to align treatment goals, ensuring the best potential outcomes for each patient.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to maximize rehabilitation effectiveness.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay informed of the latest advancements in orthopedic rehabilitation to provide cutting-edge treatment options to our patients.

The patients you will serve primarily include those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, athletes seeking rehabilitation for sports-related injuries, and individuals managing chronic orthopedic conditions. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license issued by the state of New Jersey.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher, such as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).

Compensation and Benefits
