Work Environment

Located in the heart of Red Bank, NJ, our outpatient facility fosters a tight-knit community atmosphere while providing high-quality care. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including in-depth analysis of medical history and physical condition, to devise individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's needs, ensuring that all methodologies are aligned with the latest clinical guidelines.

• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adapting treatment strategies based on the patients' evolving health statuses with timely updates to care plans.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, consulting with other healthcare professionals as necessary to deliver holistic care.

• Prioritize effective discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring patients understand their recovery journey and the steps required for continued healing.

• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with state and federal regulations, including legible daily encounter notes and discharge summaries that detail patient care trajectories.

• Participate in facility meetings and continuous professional development activities, contributing your insights to enhance team performance.

• Maintain open dialogue with patients, families, and third-party payors, ensuring seamless communication that fosters trust and transparency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily treat patients who require rehabilitation for orthopedic conditions, such as injuries, post-operative recovery, chronic pain, and sports-related injuries. Our diverse clientele includes athletes, active adults, and individuals recovering from surgery, all of whom benefit from personalized care plans aimed at restoring mobility and improving overall function.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

• Active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient education and empowerment are essential for success in this role.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
