Work Environment

At our rehabilitation facility, you'll be working onsite within a supportive and collaborative team of health care professionals including Medical Doctors (MDs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Chiropractors (DCs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Physician Assistants (PAs). Our clinic fosters an environment of continual learning and improvement, ensuring that our staff is well-equipped to provide exceptional service and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Treat an average of three patients per hour, delivering individualized care plans tailored to patients suffering from orthopedic conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop detailed treatment plans to facilitate recovery and enhance mobility.
• Utilize evidence-based practices including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to optimize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic and integrated care for each patient, ensuring alignment in treatment protocols.
• Document patient evaluations and progress succinctly and accurately using the CureMD EMR system, maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily focus on working with adult patients presenting various orthopedic conditions. The role requires strong assessment skills to tailor rehab therapies to enhance overall function and quality of life for patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, although candidates with a Master's Degree will be preferred.
• An active New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and build rapport with colleagues.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred, recent graduates who demonstrate strong clinical skills and a willingness to learn will also be considered. Experience in a fast-paced clinic environment is highly beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $110,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
