Work Environment

This position is rooted in a vibrant clinic environment located in Englishtown, where you will work onsite with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals. The typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing a balanced work-life dynamic. Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and tools, promoting a conducive atmosphere for both patient treatment and professional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of adult patients, typically aged 40-65, with various orthopedic conditions, averaging three patients per hour.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and craft personalized treatment plans that address specific rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and educational interventions to facilitate recovery.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes using CureMD, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily treat an adult population, focusing on individuals with orthopedic injuries or conditions. Emphasis will be placed on tailoring rehabilitation programs to the unique needs of each patient, enhancing their mobility and overall physical health. Your expertise will directly influence their journey to recovery, making a significant and positive impact on their lives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with plans to obtain a Master's Degree valued for future development.
• A current New Jersey Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state.
• Exceptional clinical reasoning abilities, alongside effective communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting, handling a diverse patient population.
• Experience with electronic health record systems, particularly CureMD, is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary for this role ranges from USD 110,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
