Key Responsibilities

• Direct patient care by evaluating functional abilities and limitations, while administering evidence-based physical therapy treatments tailored to each individual's needs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans designed to restore function and relieve pain, incorporating therapeutic exercises as well as manual techniques.
• Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants in delivering appropriate interventions and ensuring the cohesive execution of the treatment strategy.
• Perform regular assessments of patients and modify treatment plans based on progress, ensuring responsiveness to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to address any additional needs of the patient, including coordinating care strategies for quicker recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries and injuries, as well as patients managing chronic pain or mobility issues. Every interaction is vital, as you will help build their independence and improve their overall quality of life through personalized care strategies.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in an outpatient setting, specifically dealing with orthopedic cases.
• Current certification in CPR.

Preferred Experience

Experience with electronic medical record systems (EMR) is beneficial, as is familiarity with a varied range of rehabilitation techniques focused on orthopedic recovery. A demonstrated ability to evaluate and adapt treatment plans effectively will be highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000, based on experience and qualifications.
