Work Environment

This role is onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, which is equipped with the latest therapeutic equipment and technologies to support optimal patient recovery. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to adult patients within an orthopedic outpatient setting, focusing on a tailored approach to enhance overall mobility, strength, and functional ability.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans, leveraging evidence-based practices and patient assessments to address unique health challenges.
• Employ hands-on manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education strategies to facilitate recovery.
• Maintain precise documentation utilizing CureMD EMR, ensuring detailed patient records and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Engage in collaborative case discussions with physicians, occupational therapists, and nurse practitioners to ensure a holistic treatment approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult patients, particularly those aged 40 to 65, who present with various orthopedic conditions requiring specialized rehabilitative care. You will address a broad spectrum of issues, from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management, playing a vital role in improving patients' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with preference for those possessing a Master's Degree.
• Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, demonstrating compliance with state regulations.
• Exceptional communication and clinical skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient-centered approach to care.

Preferred Experience

• While previous outpatient experience is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Experience with specialized populations or specific orthopedic techniques is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
