Work Environment

The selected candidate will work in a bustling outpatient office setting, closely collaborating with fellow physical therapists and physical therapy assistants in a supportive and motivating environment. Our work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while fulfilling a crucial role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, gathering relevant medical histories and identifying specific goals and objectives.
• Manage a personalized caseload by seeing one patient per hour to ensure detailed attention to each individual's progress.
• Implement a variety of cost-effective treatment modalities to improve range of motion and enhance mobility.
• Focus on reducing patients' reliance on medications by promoting non-surgical techniques and interventions.
• Develop comprehensive care plans incorporating practices such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and tailored fitness initiatives.
• Document patient assessments and treatment plans meticulously to ensure continuity of care and compliance with standards.
• Engage patients in their rehabilitation journey, providing motivation and education on lifestyle changes that enhance physical health.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and specialists, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for all patients.
• Analyze and evaluate treatment outcomes regularly, making adjustments to care based on patient progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice caters to a diverse group of patients recovering from various orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, injury recovery, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license is essential, without any disciplinary actions on record.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy techniques and the ability to create and implement effective exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, is necessary for documentation and patient management.

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
