We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at the Austin Rehab Center, located in the heart of Morganville, New Jersey. In our onsite rehabilitation center, you will work within a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest therapeutic equipment and technologies. You will be part of a harmonious team that includes physicians, orthopedic specialists, occupational therapists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. Together, we ensure that our adult patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to accurately assess their physical condition and functional limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to meet each patient's unique goals and needs.
• Utilize hands-on manual therapy techniques to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function.
• Design and implement progressive exercise programs to assist patients in regaining strength and flexibility following injury or surgery.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records using WebPT or comparable EMR systems to track patient care and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult patients aged 40-65, addressing conditions commonly treated in outpatient orthopedic settings. This includes individuals recovering from surgeries, managing chronic pain, or rehabilitating after injuries. Your ability to establish rapport and trust will be essential as you guide them through their recovery process.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid and active Physical Therapy license in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is required.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems, preferably WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans effectively.
• Comfort with adapting treatment approaches based on clinical outcomes and patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 125,000 , commensurate with experience. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
