This full-time, onsite role will be based in our outpatient office located in Keansburg, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient conditions, using history intake and performance assessments to inform treatment decisions.
• Communicate evaluation findings to patients and their families, involving them in the development of personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific rehabilitation goals.
• Implement treatment protocols with competence, adjusting techniques based on patient presentations and clinical guidelines to promote recovery.
• Consult regularly with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, and document significant changes in patient conditions that necessitate modifications to treatment plans.
• Engage in thorough discharge planning and follow-up, ensuring complete and timely documentation of progression and treatment encounter notes.
• Manage time effectively to meet clinic productivity standards, uphold an organized schedule, and maintain professionalism in all client interactions.
• Contribute to departmental goals by complying with regulations while actively participating in departmental objectives and marketing initiatives.
• Foster professional development by pursuing continuing education opportunities, and mentoring physical therapy students when required.
• Enhance patient experience through flexibility and adaptability in care approaches, addressing barriers to access when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve primarily consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions affecting mobility and physical function. Our approach focuses on individualized therapy that meets each patient's unique needs, enhancing their recovery process and improving overall quality of life. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license or eligibility for licensure in New Jersey as a Physical Therapist.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.
• A commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, though new graduates will be considered.
• Understanding of contemporary physical therapy techniques and evidence-based practice.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience.
