Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our cutting-edge Rehabilitation Center in Red Bank, NJ. Our typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their individual goals and needs.
• Manage a productive caseload while ensuring quality care is delivered consistently through hands-on treatments and exercises.
• Provide specialized orthopedic outpatient care, leveraging your experience to implement effective therapeutic interventions.
• Utilize a variety of cost-effective techniques to improve patient motion and mobility, focusing on non-surgical options to support healing.
• Design and implement comprehensive care plans that incorporate advanced exercise protocols and manual therapy modalities.
• Educate and support patients to encourage adherence to treatment programs, fostering motivation and positive outcomes throughout their healing journey.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care and communication across disciplines.
• Continuously evaluate and document the progress of patients to track improvements and adjust treatment strategies proactively.
• Promote lifestyle changes that enhance physical abilities, with an emphasis on strengthening, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapy services cater to a diverse patient base, including athletes recovering from injuries, individuals following surgery, and those seeking improved physical function due to chronic conditions. Each patient will benefit from an individualized plan crafted to meet their unique recovery goals in an encouraging and optimistic environment.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, with a clean record devoid of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficient in various manual therapy techniques and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective exercise rehabilitation programs tailored to various patient profiles.
• Competent in utilizing EMR software, particularly Web PT, for maintaining thorough and accurate patient records.
• Strong knowledge of current physical therapy methodologies and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting, specifically in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Proven capacity for managing a varied clinical caseload with the ability to adapt treatments based on patient progress.
• Experience working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
