Work Environment

This position is onsite at our outpatient facility in Lincroft, where you will work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a caseload effectively, providing personalized attention and care that addresses the unique needs of each individual.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor patient progress closely, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes and overall performance.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment protocols meticulously in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Promote non-surgical methods and alternatives that can reduce the need for medications, focusing on holistic patient wellness.
• Develop and manage fitness and wellness programs tailored to improve strength, flexibility, and balance, enhancing patients' overall physical abilities.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a supportive and motivating environment.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within our clinic to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment approaches based on patient feedback and clinical assessments to ensure maximum efficacy.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting, with demonstrated proficiency in orthopedics.
• A clean licensure record with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Strong skills in various manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities.
• Experience in creating and implementing successful exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Proficient use of EMR software, particularly Web PT, for accurate and efficient patient documentation.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest evidence-based physical therapy techniques and methodologies.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with a variety of patient demographics is preferred, especially athletes in a sports rehabilitation context. Additionally, familiarity with contemporary rehabilitation technologies and practices is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
