Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients, including reviewing medical histories and performing standardized tests, to determine individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment strategies effectively to patients and their families, involving them in the goal-setting process to ensure a shared vision of recovery.
• Implement treatment protocols tailored to each patient's needs based on your clinical judgment, constantly adapting as their condition evolves.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care, addressing changes in patient conditions promptly and effectively.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions, detailing the evaluation process, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
