Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments focusing on functional mobility and physical capabilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions, employing a range of techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Adjust treatment plans dynamically based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and chiropractors, to coordinate care and maximize patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies to promote active participation in their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will work primarily with a diverse patient population, addressing various orthopedic and neurological conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain disorders, and functional mobility impairments. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
