Work Environment

Located in the heart of Old Bridge, New Jersey, our rehabilitation facility provides a supportive and energetic environment for our Physical Therapists. You will work in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and support staff, to create a comprehensive care experience. The work schedule is 40 hours per week with variable weekends, balancing clinical obligations for patient care with personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with Renown Physical Therapy, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients, assessing their physical abilities and limitations.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, ensuring compliance with medical, legal, and safety standards.
• Providing ongoing consultation to healthcare providers on patients' progress and their continuum of care.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of patient treatments, ensuring clarity and compliance with industry recognition.
• Engaging in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights to optimize patient care outcomes.
• Participating in community outreach, marketing strategies, and program development initiatives, playing a key role in promoting the facility.
• Educating patients and their families about treatment plans, care procedures, and post-discharge considerations.
• Supervising support staff, including Physical Therapy Aides and Students, fostering a nurturing and educational environment.
• Actively participating in professional development through continuing education and training sessions.

Qualifications
