Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Brighter Future Physical Therapy, your daily responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at delivering impactful rehabilitation services:

• Consulting with patients to understand their specific physical conditions and symptoms, ensuring a complete assessment of their needs.
• Conducting thorough evaluations to diagnose movement dysfunction and collaboratively developing customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals.
• Educating patients on proper therapeutic exercise techniques, ensuring they understand how to effectively perform them for optimal recovery.
• Employing manual therapy techniques such as stimulation or massage to promote healing, alongside the application of specialized modalities.
• Assisting patients in the use of rehabilitative equipment like wheelchairs, walkers, and other assistive devices to promote independence.
• Keeping detailed records of each patient's progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve set objectives.
• Providing essential guidance to patients and their families on in-home care options and exercises to support ongoing recovery efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will serve a diverse clientele, ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients, each presenting unique physical health challenges. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
