Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in a home care environment, conducting thorough assessments to determine treatment needs.

• Track and document treatment outcomes, patient responses, and progress in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Possession of a valid physical therapy license for the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
