Triumph and Wellness Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our compassionate team in Red Bank, New Jersey. Work Environment

Our Red Bank location offers a collaborative and supportive atmosphere where therapists and staff work closely together to deliver exceptional rehabilitative care. You will be joining a team of highly qualified clinicians dedicated to upholding the highest standards of patient care. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for work-life balance and the opportunity to engage deeply with each patient during treatment sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions tailored to each patient's unique goals, needs, and recovery stages.
• Maintain a manageable caseload to ensure that every patient receives the focused and dedicated attention they deserve.
• Leverage expertise in orthopedic care to create effective treatment plans that incorporate manual therapy techniques and exercises.
• Implement cost-effective and evidence-based interventions that prioritize non-surgical options and minimize medication reliance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their recovery, providing ongoing education to encourage independence and a proactive lifestyle.
• Document patient progress accurately using EMR software including Web PT, ensuring all treatment decisions are well-recorded for continuity of care.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary to optimize rehabilitation results.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist within our rehabilitation facility, you will work primarily with outpatient clients recovering from various orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and sports-related conditions. This includes individuals of all ages, from young athletes to elderly patients, each with their own specific rehabilitation needs. Your expertise will guide them in regaining strength, flexibility, balance, and overall functional capability.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Demonstration of proficiency in manual therapy modalities and rehabilitation techniques.
• Strong understanding of exercise programming and its application in physical therapy settings.
• Ability to effectively utilize EMR software, particularly Web PT, for documentation and patient management.
• Commitment to staying current with the latest research and developments in physical therapy practices.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with sports medicine principles and practice will be considered an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
