Key Responsibilities

• Direct physical therapy treatment to enhance patient recovery, alleviate discomfort, restore muscle function, and optimize performance based on individualized care plans.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' functional abilities and design effective treatment plans tailored to their rehabilitation goals.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring the proper implementation of care plans and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Administer diverse therapeutic modalities including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the application of physical agents for treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in case discussions to align on treatment objectives, enhancing patient care through a comprehensive approach.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Engage with clients and their families to provide education regarding rehabilitation strategies and the use of therapeutic devices.
• Conduct evaluations of the home environment to recommend modifications that support client independence.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and embrace evidence-based practices in your treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will serve a diverse outpatient population, providing therapy to individuals recovering from surgery, injuries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Valid and current physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Current CPR certification and valid driver's license.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a physical therapy role, preferably in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
