Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including strength, flexibility, and mobility assessment, and design comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the latest rehabilitation equipment to alleviate pain and restore function.
• Monitor and document patients' progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to help them achieve their therapeutic goals efficiently.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care techniques that reinforce treatment and enhance recovery.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals within our interdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and optimal outcomes.
• Participate in training sessions and departmental meetings to share knowledge and stay updated on best practices and new advancements in physical therapy.
• Lead community outreach programs to raise awareness about the benefits of physical therapy and promote preventive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) required; new graduates and experienced therapists are welcome to apply.

Compensation and Benefits
