Cred Physical Therapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Lincroft, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, reviewing patient histories and performing specific physical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate evaluation results and treatment strategies to patients and their families, actively involving them in the goal-setting process.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to individual patient needs, considering their unique health challenges and progress.
• Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to refine patient care plans, adjusting therapies as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely, including evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in a manner compliant with regulatory standards.
• Manage time effectively to meet productivity expectations, maintain an organized treatment schedule, and participate in marketing initiatives that benefit the clinic and community.
• Actively contribute to departmental objectives and participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring all practices meet or exceed compliance with governmental regulations.
• Embrace continuous learning by pursuing further education and serving as a mentor for clinical interns.
• Foster exceptional patient experiences through adaptive communication and responsiveness to patient needs.
• Engage with team-based initiatives aimed at removing barriers to patient access and improving clinic performance based on feedback mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current and valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and patient care excellence.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, although recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
