Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions and design personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring that all treatments are appropriately recorded and evaluated over time.
• Adapt treatment goals and plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments, as well as patient feedback and progress.
• Educate patients and their families about the physical therapy process, treatment modalities, and home exercise programs to encourage compliance and participation.
• Provide assistance in recommending and fitting patients with assistive devices, ensuring they can perform activities of daily living with greater ease.
• Engage in continued professional development through attending workshops and staying current with industry best practices to enhance treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Sutter Physical Therapy Clinic, you will serve a diverse patient population, including children and adults recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
