Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients referred by physicians, creating customized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.
• Implement and monitor effective treatment strategies for various patient populations, ensuring a comprehensive approach that adapts to their progress.
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage with patients and their families, effectively communicating treatment goals and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, leveraging evidence-based practices to optimize patient recovery outcomes and enhancing the effectiveness of care.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic techniques both within the clinic and during home visits, employing strategies that align with physician guidelines to facilitate functional improvements.
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility techniques, injury prevention, and home exercise programs to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Meet established utilization goals and contribute to operational efficiency and patient satisfaction levels.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including those requiring orthopedic rehabilitation, pediatric therapy, neurological intervention, and sports medicine recovery. Our approach emphasizes individualized care that addresses unique challenges each patient faces, allowing them to return to their optimal level of function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, with a focus on evidence-based practice.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with patients, caregivers, and team members.
• Proficiency in documentation and electronic medical records systems conducive to high-quality patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• Two years of professional experience in a clinical setting, with a proven track record of success in rehabilitation outcomes.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation techniques tailored to specific patient populations, enhancing treatment effectiveness.

Compensation and Benefits
