Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to adult patients, ensuring a patient-centric approach with a commitment to their unique rehabilitation goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on restoring mobility and strength, utilizing tools such as therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and modalities appropriate for orthopedic care.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment strategies based on clinical outcomes and patient feedback.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to ensure a holistic treatment approach.

• Educate patients about their conditions and how to manage their health proactively through lifestyle choices and exercises.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on treating adult patients aged between 40-65 who are recovering from orthopedic injuries or surgeries. Understanding their unique physiological and emotional needs is crucial, as this demographic often faces distinct challenges in their rehabilitation journey. Your expertise will help them regain independence and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is mandatory.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license in good standing or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong interpersonal skills, alongside effective communication abilities, to build rapport with patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, reflective of experience and qualifications.
