Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine their physical therapy needs and formulate an appropriate treatment plan.
• Implement individualized treatment programs aimed at restoring mobility, strength, and function across various patient demographics.
• Administer therapeutic interventions including exercise therapy, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to maximize patient results through comprehensive care strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate, detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Engage in community outreach and education to promote awareness about physical therapy and injury prevention.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline patient management and documentation processes.
• Meet and strive to exceed performance metrics and business objectives related to patient attendance and satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical procedures, sports-related traumas, and chronic pain conditions. You will play a critical part in guiding patients through their rehabilitation processes, ensuring they receive tailored interventions aimed at achieving optimal functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Active and valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Strong proficiency in verbal and written communication, enabling effective patient interactions.
• Competence in using word processing and EHR software for documentation and reporting purposes.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a physical therapist, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• A current Basic Life Support Certification obtained from the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive patient relationships.
• Experience in community outreach and engagement activities is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
