Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and mobility limitations.
• Design personalized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, functional training, and modalities to promote recovery from orthopedic conditions.
• Implement evidence-based interventions with a focus on reducing pain, improving motion, and enhancing overall quality of life.
• Educate patients on effective home exercise programs to complement their recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Regularly assess progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure maximum efficacy in healing.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes to comply with regulatory and billing standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is on orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgery, traumatic injuries, chronic pain conditions, and sports-related injuries. You will be part of a patient-centric environment, tailoring therapies to meet diverse needs and helping individuals regain their independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• A valid State of New Jersey Physical Therapy license or eligibility to attain licensure.
• A strong interest and experience in treating orthopedic populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
