Work Environment

Our facility is specifically designed for outpatient services, fostering an environment where healthcare professionals work closely together to develop tailored treatment plans. With a patient-to-provider ratio of three patients per hour, our therapists can dedicate the time necessary to understanding each patient's unique needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to establish accurate diagnoses and develop customized treatment plans that address each individual's needs.
• Implement hands-on manual therapy techniques aimed at improving patients' functional abilities and mobility.
• Design and guide progressive strength and movement programs tailored to facilitate recovery and enhance physical performance.
• Continuously adapt care plans based on ongoing clinical outcomes and valuable feedback from patients, ensuring alignment with their rehabilitation goals.
• Document treatment progress and outcomes within our EMR system, ensuring compliance with best practices and effective communication among the care team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus includes adult patients aged 40 to 65 who are managing an array of orthopedic conditions. Your expertise will play a vital role in assisting patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain, helping them regain independence and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of experience working within an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software such as WebPT is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies that promote effective recovery outcomes.
• Experience in working as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient care processes and treatment methodologies.
• Previous involvement in patient education and community outreach regarding injury prevention and wellness initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
