Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Back To Shape Physical Health Therapy, located in Millstone Township, New Jersey. As a member of our rehabilitation center, you will work in an onsite clinic that promotes a manageable caseload, ensuring that you can focus on providing personalized care. Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations.
• Manage an adult caseload, primarily consisting of patients aged 40–65, with an average rate of three patients per hour.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and methodologies in the development and execution of treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including medical doctors, occupational therapists, and physician assistants, to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and therapy sessions utilizing CureMD EMR, which aids in seamless communication within the care team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions that necessitate rehabilitation and physical therapy. This may include individuals recovering from surgery, experiencing chronic pain, or seeking rehabilitation after injury. By understanding the unique needs of our patient demographic, you will be able to tailor therapeutic interventions that significantly enhance recovery and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid physical therapist license in the state of New Jersey, or eligibility to receive licensure.
• Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with patients and teamwork.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing physical therapist, with a preference for those with outpatient clinic experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment that fosters collaboration and shared goals.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 125,000. In addition, you will receive full benefits including:
