Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic injuries and musculoskeletal conditions to assess their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques.
• Administer targeted therapeutic exercises, manual therapy modalities, and electrical stimulation to promote recovery and alleviate pain.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment protocols to ensure effective outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies, rehabilitation techniques, and customized home exercise programs to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers, to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records, adhering to all healthcare regulations and standards to ensure compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT).
• Active and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience, with a strong emphasis on orthopedics and outpatient settings.
• Expertise in orthopedic assessment techniques, treatment planning, and monitoring patient outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities that foster a supportive environment for patients.

Preferred Experience

Experience in treating diverse populations, including geriatric and pediatric patients, is highly valued. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
