Work Environment

This full-time position requires physical therapists to work onsite, providing services directly to patients in their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions, identifying specific needs and setting clear rehabilitation goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, aiming to restore mobility, increase strength, and enhance functional independence.
• Employ hands-on approaches such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training tailored to each patient's specific condition.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies, movement mechanics, and home exercise programs to encourage active involvement in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with orthopedic physicians, physician assistants, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve the best possible outcomes, ensuring a responsive and adaptive therapy process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with state regulations and facilitating seamless communication across the care team.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest advancements in orthopedic rehabilitation and attending relevant training and workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will work primarily with adult patients who present with a range of orthopedic issues, varying from acute sports injuries to chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
