Work Environment

This position is based onsite in our outpatient office in Princeton, where you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. With a work schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, this environment suits professionals who appreciate a structured yet dynamic workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess individual patient needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to address specific rehabilitation goals.
• Administer effective physical therapy interventions, utilizing a variety of modalities and evidence-based techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about physical therapy processes, empowering them to actively participate in their recovery.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment services, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Promote non-invasive treatment options, creating fitness programs that enhance strength, balance, and flexibility.
• Provide motivation and encouragement to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.

• Experience with EMR systems, particularly Web PT, for efficient patient documentation.

• Track record of developing and implementing successful exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits
