Work Environment

The ideal candidate will work onsite at our Rehabilitation Center in Princeton, where a majority of the role involves direct patient interaction. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations, implementing evidence-based treatment plans that align with their recovery goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop a coordinated approach to each patient's continuum of care.
• Maintain high standards of patient interaction, ensuring respectful and culturally competent communication.
• Consistently document treatment sessions, progress reports, and charge submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in leadership activities, including community outreach, marketing initiatives, and program development aimed at enhancing departmental productivity.

Compensation and Benefits
