Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training to promote optimal recovery.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities and assistive devices to manage pain and improve mobility effectively.
• Track and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as required to meet evolving patient goals.
• Provide clear and effective education to patients and their families regarding their treatment protocols and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
